Nicole Winningham, M.Ed. is the proud mother of two and wife of a firefighter. She works as an Infant and Toddler Developmental Specialist and Holistic Nutritionist.

Her passion lies in coaching parents to feel empowered and confident to lead their child’s learning and support team. Nicole became interested in the connection between health and development through her own children’s journeys of health recovery.

Through her work, she could see how many other families were seeking support to bridge their child’s health and development needs which led Nicole to become a certified Holistic Nutritionist. She enjoys helping families connect the dots to yield big successes.

Nicole shares with us her personal experience with a “colicky” sleep deprived and challenging infant. Her story reminds us that we have the power to make choices beyond what appears to be in front of us.

When we open ourselves up to the idea that we can think outside the box and therefore find solutions outside of our perceived problems we can rise above and truly act as the expert on our own children. She has created an incredibly valuable course called “Birth Boss” which she also explains with love, passion and commitment.
