By combining my mindfulness training and DONA postpartum doula training, I am here to serve you with guidance, wisdom, practices, and resources.

Wherever you are on your parenting journey: thinking about having a baby, prenatal, postpartum, or as a more seasoned mom. I would be honored to work with you.

Sometimes we need guidance and resources to move forward and don’t have the time for it ourselves, sometimes we need more tools in our belt like mindfulness and personal development, and sometimes we just need someone to listen as we share our concerns, triumphs, and visions.

I will guide you in finding the answers you need so you may flow through your day in a more connected and centered way and help you find your inner so you are feeling good about yourself as a person and a parent, and better enjoying the journey.

Through my four-part process, I’ll guide in increasing awareness, tapping into intention, learning the MAM-AHH framework, and practicing self-compassion so you can awaken yourself and feel better about yourself as a person and a parent.

Peaceful Postpartum

The time postpartum can be incredibly challenging. We are learning so many new things, healing our body, mind, and spirit from pregnancy, alongside our babies who too are learning so much. We will find our way as a mama, but it may take some time and guidance before we find our inner peace.

We  often need some tools and guidance to get us there and I would love to be that person for you with my four-week program—lwhere I’ll be listening to you, sharing the MAMAHH Moments framework, instructing you with mindfulness and meditation tips to get your own practice going and begin to tune into your own inner guidance system.
