Dr. Ian shares about the importance of caring for your physical body to lower stress, prevent dis-ease, and create wellness and alignment in body, mind, and spirit.
His own life changed when he shifted from a “doing” mindset to one of “being.” It wasn’t until he started working at being present each day that he experienced that true flow and fulfillment in marriage and family life.
As a Chiropractor, Dr. Ian is passionate about helping people tune into their physical bodies while honoring their connection to spirit. He has a deep respect for the human body and it’s incredible innate sense of self-healing when given the proper tools and alignment.
He educates us on the ideology of chiropractic care and how it helps promote health and well-being from pregnancy, labor and delivery, infant, children, teens, adults and the elderly.
Join us for this peaceful papa’s perspective on being more connected, aligned, and present in parenting and life.
